By accessing or using the Viswa Sports Arena platform at viswasports.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Viswa Sports Arena provides an online platform for booking sports turf slots, including:

• Full Turf Cricket Pitch
• Football Ground
• Net Cricket (Normal Surface)
• Net Cricket (Cement Surface)

All facilities are located at Kinathukadavu, Tamil Nadu, India.

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful advance payment.
• A booking confirmation is sent to your registered email/phone.
• Slots cannot be transferred to another user or date.
• Multiple bookings for overlapping slots by the same user are not permitted.
• Viswa Sports Arena reserves the right to cancel any booking due to facility maintenance or force majeure, with a full refund.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings.
• You are responsible for providing accurate personal information.
• You agree to arrive on time. Late arrival does not entitle you to an extension.
• You agree to maintain appropriate conduct at the facility and follow all facility rules.
• Any damage to property caused by you or your group shall be your financial responsibility.

• Payments are processed via our secure payment gateway and are subject to the payment provider's terms.
• An advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The balance is payable at the venue.
• Prices displayed include all applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing with reasonable notice.

Viswa Sports Arena shall not be liable for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage sustained by users at the facility.
• Losses arising from technical failures, including payment gateway downtime.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

Users participate in sports activities at their own risk. We strongly recommend appropriate sports gear.

All content on viswasports.com — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Viswa Sports Arena. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
