At Viswa Sports Arena, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refund requests are handled for bookings made through viswasports.com.

1. How to Cancel a Booking
- Log in to your account at viswasports.com.
- Navigate to My Bookings.
- Find the booking you wish to cancel and click Cancel Booking.
- Confirm your cancellation in the dialog box.
Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation notification. Refunds (where applicable) are processed manually — please contact us to initiate the refund.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds are not automatic. After cancelling online, you must contact us to request your refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- A 5% platform fee is deducted from the refundable advance amount (except for cancellations > 24 hours before the slot).
- Payment gateway processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations by Viswa Sports Arena
In rare circumstances such as facility damage, waterlogging, or force majeure events, we may need to cancel your booking. In such cases:
- You will be notified as soon as possible via phone/email.
- A full refund of the advance paid will be issued.
- We will attempt to offer an alternative slot if available.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- No-show without cancellation.
- Cancellation after the slot start time has passed.
- Bookings cancelled due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Discounted or promotional bookings (unless stated otherwise).
5. Rescheduling
We do not offer automatic rescheduling. If you wish to change your slot, please cancel your existing booking (subject to the policy above) and create a new booking for your preferred time.
